Glenn was hired in a department that was lacking in skill alignment. With his technical knowledge and keen ability to identify leaders, Glenn met individually with every person in the department to determine their skill set and passions. With all this in mind, he reorganized the structure of the entire Technical Operations department into teams that optimized each employee’s skills, abilities, and potential.
